New version of the ACS Mobile App with modern digital services

 

ACS has introduced the new version of the ACS Mobile App, in order to provide new features to its customers and to offer further alternatives for their online service.

Specifically, after the recent upgrade made by the company (which is available for free download on iOS and Android devices here: https://bit.ly/ACS_MobileApp), the new version offers:

  • The automated online notification of the nearest ACS store, so that the courier can pick up the customer's shipment from their place (Online Pick-up)
  • The use of the digital assistant (ACiStant), which is available to the customer for answering questions about each shipment
  • The use of the ACS Member digital card, which is now integrated in the application, so that when presented to the courier or the ACS store, the customer receives their discounts
  • Useful information on any matter relating to the ACS branch network, as all relevant updates are displayed in one place and in real time
  • Easy management of all shipments and pick-ups, with the possibility of choosing a new delivery day or choosing a nearby pick-up point (ACS store or ACS Smartpoint).

The above new features of the new ACS Mobile App version are added to the existing features of the application, such as the immediate update on the progress of the customer’s shipment with pop-up messages on their mobile phone (push notifications), if notifications are activated.
