My favourite ACS Locker receives a Gold Award at the e-volution Awards 2026

 

Distinction in the “Logistics & Last Mile Services” category for the new service that upgrades the pickup experience through the ACS Smartpoint Locker network

ACS received a Gold Award at the e-volution Awards 2026, the institution that recognizes best practices in the e-commerce sector in Greece. The award was granted to the My favourite ACS Locker service, which excelled in the “Logistics & Last Mile Services” category. This is one more significant award confirming ACS’s ongoing investment in the development of innovative digital solutions aimed at continuously enhancing customer service experience.

My favourite ACS Locker allows every ACS customer–recipient to choose, through the ACiStant digital assistant on acscourier.gr and the ACS Mobile App, the ACS Locker that best serves them for receiving their shipments. The solution is offered at no additional cost and provides greater flexibility, as parcels can be collected 24 hours a day in less than 15 seconds.

Recipients can register up to three addresses where they usually wish to receive their shipments—such as their home, workplace, or holiday home, and for each of these, the ACS Locker or ACS store that best serves them (detailed steps are available in the service video).

The award-winning solution leverages the extensive ACS Smartpoint Locker network, which currently includes more than 65,000 lockers at 1,400 locations across Greece, further enhancing autonomy and convenience in parcel collection.
