ACS participated in the implementation of the project "Initiative for Collaborative Development and Exploitation of Innovative Products and Services for Mobility and Logistics" (In Compose for M&L Cluster), as a member of the particular Innovation Cluster. Within this project, cluster’s members developed cooperatively 10 products that address contemporary challenges in the transportation of people and goods.

Our company actively participated in the development of 2 innovative products and significantly contributed to their implementation:

1. Development and implementation of intelligent alternative means (drones, cargo bikes, and motorbikes) in physical distribution.
2. Data analysis hub for digital supply chains (Neutral Intelligent Logistics Data Hub).
   
   
   

What is the M&L Cluster?

The Innovation Cluster for Smart Mobility and Logistics Solutions represents the first collaborative effort of different types of involved entities in the productive sector of the Greek economy in the fields of Transportation and Logistics. Cluster’s emphasis is on urban mobility and the distribution of "last mile" goods within cities, as it represents the most rapidly growing and innovative subsector of transportation due to the challenges cities face in adapting to climate change. Cluster’s aim is to develop cooperative schemes for products and services that will meet both cluster's goals for smart mobility and logistics solutions and the triple European target of developing safe, sustainable, and integrated transportation. The end objective is to create value and corresponding positive impact in three directions: businesses, society, and the sector as a whole.

 

Objectives and goals of the Project:

The project aims to encourage the development of innovative products with high added value from participating companies, enabling them to pioneer in the growing market of smart, green mobility and digital logistics, as well as to dynamically develop in specific innovative areas of the sector through cooperative design, creation, assessment, and exploitation of new mobility and logistics solutions (products and services).

 

The project "Innovation Cluster for Smart Mobility and Logistics Solutions" was implemented within the framework of the Action "Innovation Clusters" and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and national resources through the Operational Program Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship & Innovation (project code: ΓΓ2CL-0351705).
