The new ACS service “My favourite ACS Locker” provides the online shoppers the ability to select the ACS Locker that best serves them, in order to collect their future orders, through the digital ACiStant, available at www.acscourier.gr or the ACS Mobile App, at no additional cost. This makes the collection process so much easier and faster for customers, whose online orders will be automatically forwarded to their selected pickup point.

 

My favourite ACS Locker” provides:

• Instant parcel pickup with no delays — in less than 15 seconds.
• Real-time notifications via Viber/SMS and e-mail.
• The ability to select up to 3 favourite ACS Lockers near the customer-recipient’s frequently used addresses (home, office, holiday home), as specified in their online orders.

 

Parcels will be available for automatic pick-up 24/7 from the selected ACS Locker, or alternatively from a preferred ACS store that the customer-recipient has chosen through ACiStant. This initiative is part of ACS’s digital transformation strategy, which includes consistent investment in innovative services aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
