ACS reinforces commitment to its people with the Great Place To Work® Certification

 

The Great Place To Work® Certification is based on the evaluation of the employees themselves and confirms the company's commitment to shaping a modern working environment of trust, cooperation, and growth.

 

ACS Postal Services S.A., a member of the Quest Group, has been certified by Great Place To Work® following an evaluation based on the anonymous and confidential feedback of its employees. The survey’s results highlight a strong workplace environment of trust and inclusion, as over 80% of employees acknowledge equal treatment regardless of nationality, gender, or sexual orientation, with similar high performance  in other key areas, such as Health & Safety, the sense of meaningful contribution to the company, and a secure working environment.

This Certification reflects the experience of the company's employees and showcases the quality of the workplace environment that ACS has developed through systematic investment in its people. At the same time, it confirms its steady commitment to creating a modern and reliable work environment based on trust, collaboration, accountability, equal participation, and the continuous development of its people.
