ACS: New iPhone 17 Pro and AirPods 4 giveaway for the customers of the "My favourite ACS Locker" service.

The award-winning service lets customers choose their favourite ACS Lockers for even easier and more flexible parcel collections

 

ACS is renewing "My favourite ACS Locker" giveaway, which runs through November 30, 2026, adding a second monthly draw and new prizes.

The first draw is open to anyone choosing for all future collections at least one favourite ACS Locker for the first time, via the digital ACiStant, at www.acscourier.gr, or through the ACS Mobile App. The second draw is open to those who have already selected their favourite locker, have been collecting their parcels from it, and rate their experience in the "My Deliveries" section of the ACS Mobile App.

In total, over the September–November period, 12 winners will be selected, who will win six iPhone 17 Pro devices and six pairs of AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation.

The "My favourite ACS Locker" service lets ACS customers choose, at no extra charge, up to three favourite ACS Lockers near home, work, or any other convenient location. This makes pickups easier and more flexible, since customers can collect their parcel  from their chosen location, at a time that suits them, through the nationwide ACS Smartpoint Locker network.

Customer response is also reflected in the service's usage data: more than 2.3 million shipments have already been processed through it, with a 99.7% successful collection  rate and an average  collection time of under 11 hours. At the same time, locker deliveries doubled in the first eight months of 2026 compared to the same period in 2025, while 12% of collections  take place outside store operating hours, highlighting in practice the flexibility the service offers.

It should be noted that the "My favourite ACS Locker" service has already received recognition at major industry events (e-volution Awards, Mobile & IoT Awards, UX/CX Awards), reflecting ACS's innovative approach to developing digital services that meet modern consumer needs and improve the pickup experience.

The service is supported by the continuously expanding ACS Smartpoint Locker network, which today has 80,000 locker compartments at 1,655 locations nationwide, giving customers even more options for collecting their shipments.

Each monthly draw covers valid entries registered during that month. Winners are notified by phone and/or email or Viber, and their names are announced on the ACS website and social media channels.
