Send a parcel from an ACS Locker with monitor
Steps:
Go to the ACS Locker of your choice.
Scan the QR code on the locker (located next to "Need help?") using your mobile phone.
Select "I want to send a shipment" (Θέλω να στείλω αποστολή).
Enter the tracking number you already have.
You will receive a 6-digit PIN.
Go to the ACS Locker screen and select "New Shipment" (Νέα αποστολή).
Enter the PIN you received. The locker will open automatically based on the dimensions declared when the shipment was created. Place your package inside, close the door, and press "CONFIRM" (ΕΠΙΒΕΒΑΙΩΣΗ) on the screen.
Important:
If your package does not fit in the opened locker, DO NOT close it before selecting "Select larger locker" (Επιλογή μεγαλύτερης θυρίδας) on the screen. Then, follow the instructions to open a larger locker for your shipment.
Don't forget to close the door securely, and the process is complete!
