“My favourite ACS Locker Giveaway 2026” Terms and Conditions

1. Organizing Company

The company ACS SA (hereinafter the «Organizing Company»), based in Greece, is organizing a giveaway entitled «My favourite ACS Locker – 2026».

2. Duration

The giveaway lasts from 5 March 2026 until 30 November 2026 included. One (1) electronic draw will be held each month, at the beginning of the next month (i.e. beginning of April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December).

It is explicitly clarified that after the end date - time of the giveaway, no participation (i.e. submission of the evaluation questionnaire) will be accepted and will be considered as never declared and will not bind the Organizing Company with regard to timeliness of participation. In such case, the participants with overdue participation in the Giveaway accept explicitly, unconditionally and irrevocably that they cannot acquire any right or claim against the Organizing Company for any reason, and consequently explicitly waive any relevant claim.

Valid are considered the participations that have taken place from the start time of the giveaway until the end time, according to the participation procedure as described above. The Organizing Company bears no responsibility in case of incorrect or missing information or incomplete registrations.

3. Right to Participation

All permanent residents of Greece above 18 years old are eligible to participate and they must:

• Have designated at least one favorite Locker through My favourite ACS Locker service provided exclusively through our digital assistant ACiStant, available on ACS Site & ACS Mobile App.

• Have collected a shipment from this favorite ACS Locker.

• Have filled in and submitted successfully the evaluation questionnaire provided exclusively through the ACS Mobile App.

• Have accepted the terms of this giveaway at the end of the questionnaire.

Each evaluation is equivalent to one (1) participation in the monthly draw.

4. Participation Limitations

Each participant may participate multiple times in the draws each month, depending on the number of shipments collected by using My favourite ACS Locker service and therefore the number of evaluations (questionnaires) submitted, as well as their submission date.

5. Exclusions

Quest Group employees and their relatives up to the first degree are excluded from the giveaway.

6. Draws & Gifts

Nine (9) electronic draws will be held as follows:

·         By 5/4/2026, the draw will take place for March evaluations (participations) submitted from 5/3/26 until 31/3/26 included.

·         By 5/5/2026, the draw will take place for April evaluations (participations) submitted from 1/4/26 until 30/4/26 included.

·         By 5/6/2026, the draw will take place for May evaluations (participations) submitted from 1/5/26 until 31/5/26 included.

·         By 5/7/2026, the draw will take place for June evaluations (participations) submitted from 1/6/26 until 30/6/26 included.

·         By 5/8/2026, the draw will take place for July evaluations (participations) submitted from 1/7/26 until 31/7/26 included.

·         By 5/9/2026, the draw will take place for August evaluations (participations) submitted from 1/8/26 until 31/8/26 included.

·         By 5/10/2026, the draw will take place for September evaluations (participations) submitted from 1/9/26 until 30/9/26 included.

·         By 5/11/2026, the draw will take place for October evaluations (participations) submitted from 1/10/26 until 31/10/26 included.

·         By 5/12/2026, the draw will take place for November evaluations (participations) submitted from 1/11/26 until 30/11/26 included.

Every month, two (2) winners will be selected, each of whom will win one iPhone 17 Pro (256GB, Silver). Two (2) runners-up will also be selected (one per winner).

It is noted that the Gift is considered personal and each winner of the giveaway has no right to appoint a substitute person for the award of the Prize or request to exchange it for cash or other items.

The draws will be held at the company’s premises (36-38 P. Ralli, Egaleo) in the presence of a notary using random.org or wheelofnames.com which are automated processes with no mediation, intervention or interference of human factor in the production of the results. Information about the validity and reliability of the electronic means is available through random.org and wheelofnames.com (see links below). If for any reason, the draw is impossible to be held on the specified date and time, the Organizing Company has the right to change the date and time with prior announcement on its website www.acscourier.gr as well the available Social Media platforms without bearing any responsibility for the change. In the event that the winner’s details are clearly incorrect or false, the Organizing Company reserves the right to repeat the draw excluding the specific winner from the second draw or specify a new date and time at the same location for the repetition of the process.

The result of the draw cannot be challenged or contested.

7. Winner Confirmation Process

The winners will be notified via phone or/and email or/and Viber message. They must confirm their details and accept the gift within five (5) calendar days from the notification. In case of no response or false / incomplete details, the Organizing Company shall contact the respective runner-up.

The winner will receive the Gift from the ACS store of his/her choice by using a unique PIN number which will be sent to the winner along with the notification of the arrival of the gift (and the corresponding receipt) to the ACS store from which it has been requested to be received. The Organizing Company bears no responsibility other than delivering the Gift.

8. Force Majeure & Cancellations

The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, extend or modify the giveaway due to force majeure, technical issues, legal changes or other unpredictable circumstances. Any such change will be communicated in a timely manner through the official website www.acscourier.gr or/and company’s social media platforms.

9. Dispute Resolution

This giveaway is governed by the Greek law. Any dispute arising from the implementation of these terms shall be exclusively subject to the competent courts of Athens.

10. GDPR

Participation in the giveaway is a clear declaration of the participant according to the provisions of Law No. 4624/2019 and the 679/2016 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with the exclusive purpose of conducting the giveaway, the selection of winners and the award of the Gift to them.

By participating in the giveaway each participant accepts that the Organizing Company will process, collect, store, register and maintain the personal data provided to the Company, and specifically the full name, mobile number or/and email solely for the purposes of conducting the giveaway, selecting the winners and awarding the Gift as described in Article 7. The abovementioned information will be kept in a file until communication with the winners is completed, for a maximum of 20 days, and after that period will be deleted except for the data potentially required to be kept for a longer period in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Additionally, by participating in the giveaway every participant is informed and accepts that in the event that he/she is the winner, his/her full name will be announced on the Organizing Company’s official website and social media as well as that there will be collection, registration, storage and processing of their data as mentioned above in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation regarding the protection of personal data. The purpose of the collection, storage and processing of data from the Organizing Company is to support the necessary activities in the context of and exclusively for the purposes of sending/delivering the gift.

Specifically, the names of the winners will be announced on the Company’s official website and social media i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X & TikTok managed by the company. Participation in the giveaway requires that each user-participant has already accepted the terms and conditions of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and the webpage of the Organizing Company, as well as the relevant declaration of acceptance of the terms of the giveaway. All participants in the giveaway accept fully and without any reservation these detailed terms and conditions and in the event that they win, they give their consent to announce their names on the company’s official website and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X & TikTok) managed by the company. Anyone who does not accept the above terms and conditions cannot participate in the giveaway.
