"Matchy-Matchy: My favourite ACS Locker" giveaway Terms

 

1. Organizing Company

The company ACS SA (hereinafter the «Organizing Company»), based in Greece, is organizing a giveaway entitled «Matchy Matchy: My Favourite ACS Locker».

2. Duration

The giveaway lasts from 29 September 2025 until 30 November 2025 included. One (1) electronic draw will be held at the end of this period.   It is explicitly clarified that after the end date- time of the Giveaway (i.e. 30/11/2025) the declaration of a favourite ACS Locker by users via the ACiStant digital assistant will not be accepted as participation in this giveaway and will not bind the Organizing Company with regards to the timeliness of the participation. In such case, users who declare a favourite ACS Locker explicitly, unconditionally and irrevocably accept that they do not acquire any right or claim against the Organizing Company for any reason, and consequently explicitly waive any relevant claim.

Valid declarations and participations in this giveaway are considered all declarations of a favourite ACS Locker (My favourite ACS Locker) to the ACiStant digital assistant, which have taken place from the start date (29/9/25) until the end date of the Giveaway (30/11/25), in accordance with the participation procedure described below. The Organizing Company bears no responsibility in the event of incorrect or missing data or incomplete registrations.

3. Right to Participation

All permanent residents of Greece above 18 years old are eligible to participate, and must select and designate at least one favourite ACS Locker through  My Favourite ACS Locker service, which is provided exclusively by the ACiStant digital assistant, available on the ACS Site (www.acscourier.gr) and the ACS Mobile App, where the user provides his mobile number to make his choice.

The user's declaration is equivalent to one (1) participation in the final draw, regardless of how many favourite lockers each user has designated, one, two or three. All customers of the company who have already chosen their favourite ACS Locker at a date earlier than the start date of this giveaway, i.e. from March 2025 when the service was first put into operation, will participate in the draw. It is clarified that each user can select  up to 3 favourite ACS Lockers for 3 addresses that they usually use for their shipments with ACS, but this will not modify their participation in the draw. Each participation is equivalent to each unique mobile phone that has been used for this service.

4. Participation Limitations

Each participant can participate only once in the draw that will take place, with their mobile phone number and address, information that is necessary for selecting a favourite ACS Locker through My Favourite ACS Locker service.

5. Exclusions

Quest Group employees and their relatives up to the first degree are excluded from the giveaway.

6. Draws & Prizes

One (1) electronic draw will be held by 5/12/2025.

Seven (7) winners will be selected who will win one iPhone 17 Pro (256GB, Silver, 6.3’’) each.  Seven (7) runners-up will also be selected, one per winner.

It is noted that the Prize is considered personal and each winner of the Giveaway has no right to appoint a substitute person for the award of the Prize or request to exchange it for cash or other items.

The draw will be held at the company’s premises (36-38 P. Ralli, Egaleo) in the presence of a notary using random.org or wheelofnames.com which are automated processes with no mediation, intervention or interference of human factor in the production of the results. Information about the validity and reliability of the electronic means is available through random.org at the electronic address  https://www.random.org/faq/  for the 1^st platform and  https://wheelofnames.com/faq#randomness           for the 2^nd platform.  If for any reason, the draw is impossible to be held on the specified date and time, the Organizing Company has the right to change the date and time with prior announcement on its website www.acscourier.gr as well the available Social Media platforms without bearing any responsibility for the change. In the event that the winner’s details are clearly incorrect or false, the Organizing Company reserves the right to repeat the draw excluding the specific winner from the second draw or specify a new date and time at the same location for the repetition of the process.

The result of the draw cannot be challenged or giveawayed.

7. Winner Confirmation Process

The winners will be notified via phone or/ and SMS, email and / or Viber. They must confirm their details and accept the prize within five (5) calendar days from the notification. In case of no response or false / incomplete details, the Organizing Company shall contact the respective runner-up.

The winner will receive the Prize from the ACS point he/she has selected during the communication with the company by using a unique PIN number which will be sent to the winner along with the notification of the arrival of the prize (and the corresponding receipt) to the ACS point from which it has been requested to be received. The Organizing Company bears no responsibility other than delivering the Prize.

8. Force Majeure & Cancellations

The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, extend or modify the giveaway due to force majeure, technical issues, legal changes or other unpredictable circumstances. Any such change will be communicated in a timely manner through the official website www.acscourier.gr  or/ and company’s social media platforms.

9. Dispute Resolution

This giveaway is governed by the Greek law. Any dispute arising from the implementation of these terms shall be exclusively subject to the competent courts of Athens.

10. GDPR

Furthermore, participation in the giveaway is a clear declaration of acceptance of these terms and conditions by the participant and entails the conclusion of a contract between the participant and the Organizing Company, in accordance with article 6 par. 1(b) of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR) and Law 4624/2019. The processing of personal data is carried out exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway, selecting the winners and awarding the Prize to them.

The Organizing Company, which acts as the participants' personal data  Controller, processes the personal data that the participants enter in the ACiStant digital assistant, specifically their full name, mobile phone number and/or email, address, favourite locker, exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway, selection of the winners and the awarding of each Prize, as described in more detail in article 6.

The abovementioned information will be kept in a file until communication with the winners is completed, for a maximum of 20 days, and after that period will be deleted except for the data potentially required to be kept for a longer period in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Additionally, by participating in the Giveaway every participant is informed and accepts that in the event that he is the winner, his full name will be announced on the Organizing Company’s official website and social media as well as that there will be collection, registration, storage and processing of their data as mentioned above in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation regarding the protection of personal data. The purpose of the collection, storage and processing of data from the Organizing Company is to support the necessary activities in the context of and exclusively for the purposes of sending the prize.

Specifically, the names of the winners will be announced on the Company’s official website and social media i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X & TikTok managed by the company. Participation in the giveaway requires that each user-participant has already accepted the terms and conditions of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok  as well as the relevant declaration of acceptance of the terms of the giveaway.

All participants in the giveaway accept fully and without any reservation these detailed terms and conditions and in the event that they win, they give their consent to announce their names on the company’s official website and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter & TikTok) managed by the company. Anyone who does not accept the above terms and conditions cannot participate in the giveaway.
