We would like to inform you that yesterday 13/7/23 we had an emergency technical problem in our IT systems, which affected our call center, our website, our digital assistant ACiStant, as well as the operation of our stores. Some of the issues have now been resolved and we can assure you that all of our teams are working hard to resolve all of the issues that occurred.
