Mandatory customer phone or/and e-mail from 1/4/2023

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that, for your optimal experience as a final recipient and for the faster delivery of your shipments, from 01/04/2023 it is necessary to enter your e-mail address and/or your cell phone number, together with your full address details, in the relevant fields of each shipment.

In this way, you can ensure important updates on the delivery of your shipment, taking advantage of the following benefits that we can provide:

  • Notifications regarding the arrival and scheduling of the delivery.
  • Notifications of unsuccessful delivery attempts, with the option to contact online the appropriate ACS delivery store for:
    1. Change of delivery date
    2. Change of pick-up point (e.g. ACS Smart Point or ACS store)
    3. Updating correct address details (e.g. name on the doorbell, floor, etc.)
  • Online update for each shipment in the "My Shipments" section of the ACS Mobile App.
  • Security in all communications, since all changes regarding the delivery of each shipment are made by entering a unique PIN, which you will receive electronically.

In case of failure to reach you, due to the lack of specific contact details, as well as in the case of an unclear or incorrect address, ACS may modify the handling of your shipment and forward it to the appropriate destination store (reception), while waiting for you to receive it from the store. Please note that in this case, your shipment will remain there for 5 calendar days and after this period, it will be routed for return, with the cost to be charged to the original customer-sender.
