To easily create an ACS Account in the new site of ACS you should follow the following steps:

1. Start by choosing on the top right area of the home page the field Create Account. Fill in the fields and choose the Create Account button.

2. Shorly you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you filled informing you your temporary password. You can change the password sent by following the procedure discribed in the page Change Your Password.

3.To gain access to the information and to the applications that draw user shipment data from the main system of ACS, you will need to connect your ACS customer code with the web site user data. The ACS Member card holder can connect its card to his web site user data (After his registration) by visiting the page Code Connection and filling the necessary fields uder ACS Member Customer. The tradr- credit customer will have to apply to ACS for his codes to be automatically connected to the master e-mail he chooses for his company. In case your are trade- credit customer you will have to visite the pafe Code Connection and fill the necessary fields under ACS trade -credit CustomerCustomers holding an ACS Member Card or Web Site access codes should fill two fields to proceed in code connection. 

The procedure for ACS Member card holders is different than ACS trade -credit customers. In both cases you need to visit the page Code Connection.

In case you are an:

Α. Simple user of the old ACS site

In this case enter the username and the password that you hold.

Β. ACS Member Client

In this case enter the code of your card (13 digits) and the password that has been sent to you by SMS during your registration as an ACS Member.  In the event that you do not remember the password you can retrieve by visiting the page Password Retrival or by calling ACS’s Customer Care in case that you did not submit your mobile phone or e-mail while filling the fields of your ACS Member Card.

C. ACS Trade - Credit Client

Apply to ACS in order to initiate the procedure of automatically connect your web site data with your credit account with ACS by filling the data required:

4. In case you want to retrieve your previous login datayou can visit the page Password Retrieval. In case you have not completed the fields of Master e-mail or Mobile on your contract with ACS you will have to contact ACS Customer Service.

5. Your registration is now completed and you have access to the data - reports offered.

In order to easily trace your shipments, go to the Track and Trace pp on the home page of the new ASC Site. Fill the number of your shipment (or multiple numbers seperated by comma) and you will access the information regarding your shipment .

The Cost and Transit Times App allows you to calculate the exact cost of your shipment offering details regarding the different price levels according the provided services. Choose the service that best fits your needs.

The new Cost and Transit Times app is online bridged with your customer code with ACS thus calculating automatically your pricelist (according to your agreement - contract).

In case you want to know which is the ACS point nearest to your location you should use the new Store Locator app. You will be given directions how to get there and indicative distance in km from your location.

Every shipment's charge depends on the combination of size and weight (measuring of volume by IATA). If the volumetric weight of the shipment is bigger than the net weight, the shipment will be charged due to the volumetric weight, which is calculated by using the formula below:
