Shipments handling update due to COVID-19

Given the special conditions that our country is experiencing for the 2nd time due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we would like to inform you that the ACS team has focused on two important domains:
(1) the safety and health of the community;
(2) maintaining the operation of its services.
Therefore, we follow the protocols of the official authorities, while we evaluate and approve additional measures based on current events at both nationwide and local levels. At the same time, we check daily the important indicators of the company, which reflect the percentage of successful deliveries and the average delivery time.
Despite our continuous efforts, a small number of destinations, located mainly in Attica and Thessaloniki, are under particularly high delivery pressure and therefore deviations from normal delivery times may occur.In any case, ACS investigates and locates the areas that need support on a daily basis and operates accoradingly (with additional human resources, means of transport and infrastructure) with the view to restore shipment handling times back to normal levels.
At the same time, the company, utilizing the wide network of its stores nationwide, provides the recipients with the possibility of visiting the local ACS Shops as well as the ACS Smart Points (at continuous opening hours until 8.30 p.m. in Shell gas stations) for their service and the possibility of keeping the shipments in-store up to 7 calendar days.
