COVID-19 emergency changes withdrawal

Dear Customers,

In the context of upgrading our services after the COVID-19 lockdown, we would like to inform you about the following changes regarding the handling of shipments:

1.     The Additional Services "Saturday Delivery", "Morning Delivery" (until 10:00 am) and "Delivery Within a Preferred 2-hour Time Frame” are re-activated.

2.     With regards to shipments without delivery due to the recipient’s absence, an unclear - incomplete address or inability to locate the recipient, an attempt will be made to resolve the issue and a second delivery attempt.

3.     Shipments with the above reasons for non-delivery will remain in the destination stores for up to 10 calendar days (from the date of receipt), so that the recipients will have a longer period to choose the preferred time of pick-up.
