Failure to Access Locked Menu Item
The choice you made is addressed to specific users of the new Site of ACS.
Please choose the type - category of customer you belong to in order to activate your access levels.
- You are a visitor of ACS Courier web site but you are not registered yet. Please proceed in creating an account with ACS web site by choosing here.
- You have completed the registration procedure but you have not connect your customer code to the online user you created .
(a) In case you are an ACS Member card holder please visit the page 'Customer Code Connection' complete the fields required and selde Code Connection. In case you do not remember your password go to Password Retrieval page and shorly you will receive an e-mail or sms notification. In case that during your registration as ACS Member did not complete the e-mail or mobile field you will have to contact ACS Customer Service for further instructions.
(b) In case you are an ACS trade - credit customer you will have to apply for your customer code to be connected to your online code by visiting the page Customer Code Connection, fill the necessary fields and selecting 'Send Request'. You will be notified by e-mail when the activation is completed.
- You are a registered ACS Member Customer and you have completed the process of Customer Code Connection and you are stil blocked by 'locked' fields? In this case your choice regards Trade - Credit Customers only.
- You are a registered ACS Trade - Credit Customer that have completed the process of Customer Code Connection and you are stil blocked by 'locked' fields? In this case your choice is addressed to ACS Member only.
