Delivery time changes within Attica due to COVID-19

UPDATE ON DELIVERY TIME CHANGES WITHIN ATTICA REGION

DUE TO EMERGENCY SITUATION [COVID-19]

                                                                                                                                 Athens, April 6, 2020

Dear customers,

In the context of the unprecedented situation of COVID-19, and further to the extremely increased demand in e-commerce home deliveries, resulting in the difficulty to handle shipments based on the existing infrastructure of the company and its local stores, we would like to inform you that from 06/04/2020, and until further notice, the delivery time of shipments concerning the region of Attica is modified.

Specifically, the shipments received from 06/04/20 to any destinations within the Attica region, significant delays will inevitably occur, which in some cases may reach up to 15 calendar days upon receipt.

The delivery times for shipments to any destinations outside the Attica region, will remain as announced in our former update (30/03/2020) on the subject: SHIPMENTS HANDLING UPDATE ON EMERGENCY MEASURES [COVID-19].

Last of all, we would like to assure you that our company, despite the extremely stressful conditions under which its stores and all its human resources operate, respecting the difficult conditions that have been created in the daily life of consumers, will make every effort to better serve its customers.
